DON'T HIT YOUR MAXIMUM LOSS LIMIT
Your account balance cannot fall below your starting balance minus your maximum drawdown. This is calculated at the end of each trading day. That's it.
What We DON'T Have:
- ✗ No consistency rules punishing big winning days
- ✗ No daily loss limits restricting your strategy
- ✗ No intraday drawdown tracking creating false violations
- ✗ No "best day" penalties for outperformance
- ✗ No time limits creating artificial pressure

3 PAYOUTS TO LIVE TRADING
After your evaluation, you'll trade a simulated funded account for real payouts. And here's the differentiator: you only need 3 payouts before moving to live trading.
Everyone Else: 5 Payouts. JNF: 3 Payouts.
Topstep requires 5. Apex requires 5. MyFundedFutures requires 5. We know 3 is enough.
If you can consistently profit 3 times, you've proven everything that matters: your strategy works, you have discipline, and you're ready for real capital.

EVALUATION PHASE
Requirements:
- ✓ Hit your profit target (6% of account size)
- ✓ Stay above maximum loss limit at end of each trading day
- ✓ No time limit - take as long as you need
- ✓ Trade any instrument, any timeframe, any strategy
Once you hit your profit target while following the one rule, you advance to the Funded stage.
FUNDED ACCOUNT
Profit Split:
100% ON FIRST $5,000 IN PROFITS
Your first $5,000 in profits is 100% yours. We take nothing.
90/10 SPLIT AFTER $5,000
After your first $5K, you keep 90% of all profits. We keep 10%.
Payout Requirements:
- ✓ Minimum 3 trading days
- ✓ Minimum 10 executed trades
- ✓ Minimum $500 payout amount
- ✓ After first payout: Account must be above previous high-water mark
Payout Caps:
FIRST PAYOUT LIMITS
• $50K account: Max $2,000
• $100K account: Max $3,000
• $200K account: Max $5,000
• $300K account: Max $7,500
SUBSEQUENT PAYOUT LIMITS
• $50K account: Max $5,000
• $100K account: Max $7,500
• $200K account: Max $10,000
• $300K account: Max $15,000
High-Water Mark Rule:
After taking your first payout, you must trade your account back above the balance you had BEFORE your last withdrawal to be eligible for another payout.
EXAMPLE
• Account grows to $53,000
• Take $2,000 payout → balance drops to $51,000
• Grow account to $56,000
• Take $4,000 payout → balance drops to $52,000
• Must grow back above $56,000 before next payout
This ensures you're generating real profits between payouts, not slowly bleeding the account.
Payout Processing:
Request payout anytime after meeting requirements. We process payouts next business day. Most firms make you wait weeks. We pay fast.
Account Scaling:
- Manage up to 10 funded accounts simultaneously
- 80 contracts aggregate across all accounts
- Purchase unlimited evaluations at any time
TRADING GUIDELINES
What's Allowed:
- ✓ All futures instruments (ES, NQ, CL, GC, etc.)
- ✓ All timeframes and strategies
- ✓ Scalping, day trading
- ✓ News trading and economic events
- ✓ Automated trading systems (with proper risk management)
What's NOT Allowed:
- ✗ Swing trading
- ✗ Holding positions overnight
Position Limits:
Each account has a maximum contract limit based on account size (see table above). These limits ensure proper risk management while giving you room to execute your strategy.
