1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using JNF-Futures services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use JNF-Futures services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from trading futures in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

JNF-Futures provides simulated trading evaluation and funded trading programs. Our services include:

• Access to simulated trading environments for evaluation
• Funded trading accounts upon successful evaluation completion
• Trading platform access and market data
• Payout processing for qualified funded traders
• Educational resources and support

5. FREE $50K EVALUATION TERMS

Free Trial Conditions:

• One free $50K evaluation per trader (non-transferable)
• First attempt only - subsequent attempts require payment
• Subject to all standard evaluation rules and requirements
• May be withdrawn or modified at JNF-Futures' discretion
• Abuse or violation may result in account termination

6. ACCOUNT RULES AND VIOLATIONS

All accounts must comply with the rules outlined on our Rules page. Violations may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of account balance and payouts
• Permanent ban from JNF-Futures services
• No refunds for paid evaluations

7. PAYOUTS

Payout Terms:

• Payouts processed same day or next business day as specified
• Must meet all payout eligibility requirements
• Subject to identity verification and compliance checks
• JNF-Futures reserves the right to delay or deny payouts for suspicious activity
• All payouts are final - no chargebacks or reversals permitted

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

• Use multiple accounts to circumvent rules or obtain free trials
• Engage in arbitrage, hedging, or coordinated trading across accounts
• Use automated trading systems without prior approval
• Manipulate platform features or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Trade on behalf of others or share account access
• Provide false information or documentation
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

9. REFUND POLICY

Evaluation Fees:

• All evaluation fees are non-refundable once account is activated
• Refunds not available for rule violations or failed evaluations
• 30% retry discount applies to failed paid evaluations only
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase (before account activation)

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on JNF-Futures are owned by JNF Capital LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JNF-FUTURES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Platform downtime or technical issues

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JNF-Futures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. MODIFICATIONS

JNF-Futures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. TERMINATION

JNF-Futures may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JNF-Futures regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
